Met Fit on Sea’nAir kiest u voor een sea & air freight managementsysteem dat is ontwikkeld vóór en dóór lucht- en zeevracht expediteuren die te maken hebben met multi- en intermodaal transport. Fit on Sea’nAir is dusdanig ingericht dat u als gebruiker moeiteloos over alle essentiële informatie (vrachtspecificaties, tarieven van airliners, offertes, etc.) beschikt. Tevens kunt u uw klanten of overzeese agenten voorzien van alle noodzakelijke zendingdetails. Uw internationale logistieke processen omtrent zendingen via lucht- en/of zeevracht worden met behulp van Fit on Sea’nAir betrouwbaar en efficiënt afgehandeld. Zowel op operationeel als financieel niveau. Met Fit on Sea’nAir bereikt u een verbetering van de kwaliteit van uw dienstverlening, hetgeen essentieel is voor de kritische en informatiegevoelige markten waarin u opereert.

Met Fit on Sea’nAir heeft u de keuze uit vier op zichzelf staande of gekoppelde functionaliteiten:

Sea Freight Export

 Of uw bedrijf nu single of multi-container FCL of LCL consolidaties dekt, de software voor Sea Freight Export biedt een volledige operationele functionaliteit voor de zeevracht agent;

Sea Freight Import

 De software voor Sea Freight Import biedt u de mogelijkheid tot het maken van offertes en importzendingen. Met het systeem bent u in staat uw brondata (in- en verkooptarieven) eenvoudig en op een goede manier te beheren, zodat u op een eenvoudige wijze zendingen kan verzorgen. De afhandeling van zendingen zal soepeler en meer betrouwbaar verlopen.

Air Freight Export

 Met de functionaliteit voor Air Freight Export beschikt u over tools voor o.a.: het inlezen van luchtvrachttarieven, een zending maken vanuit een offerte, communicatie met agenten, het dupliceren van offertes, e- Freight, automatische voorcalculatie en een consolidatietool.

Air Freight Import

 De software voor Air Freight Import biedt u de mogelijkheid voor o.a.: een zending maken vanuit een offerte, communicatie met agenten, het dupliceren van offertes, e-Freight, automatische voorcalculatie, een consolidatietool en de koppeling aan een transportopdracht.

 

Integratie met de Fiton productsuite

Tevens is het mogelijk Fit on Sea’nAir te integreren met de andere producten uit de productsuite van Fiton. In combinatie met Fit on Customs (Douane Management Systeem) en Fit on Warehousing (Warehouse Management Systeem) beschikt u over een compleet softwaresysteem voor de afhandeling van al uw logistieke processen.

Type applicaties

Fit on Sea’nAir is beschikbaar in zowel een intranet- (In-house), waarmee u eigen regie en beheer over de applicatie heeft, als een internetapplicatie (Portal), waarmee u slechts betaalt voor het gebruik van de applicatie en geen software of de benodigde hardware hoeft aan te schaffen.

Customization

 

To be customized according to your own processes.

Some companies have unique customs processes. In this manner, for instance, Fiton combined functionalities from Customs and Warehousing to temporary storage for an offshore company where goods are sent by sea and other parts are temporarily stored.

Another example is of a shipping company which has supplies in its possession and sends goods to other continents project based.  For this client Fiton has put together a customs process which is integrated with the client’s own ERP-system. This enables the client to direct the entire logistic chain for himself.

Knowledge Base

Besides preparing and handling customs declarations the system also offers an extensive toolbox for the user. Amongst others you can make use of the functionalities power of attorney (proxy) register, rough declarations, integrated user tariff, a one-click CBS-IRIS-link and an ICL VAT-listing. With an extra module for contracts and billing it also becomes possible to settle electronic declarations with your customers.
